HOW BOOKING WORKS

Three straightforward steps

1. Send the brief

Share the age group, pupil numbers, preferred date, location, available time and the type of visit required.

2. Agree the format

The session is shaped around the venue, learning goals, timetable and any practical limitations.

3. Confirm the details

The final plan can cover timings, equipment, travel, safeguarding requirements and any risk-assessment information the school needs.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before making an enquiry

Which age groups are suitable?

Sessions are adapted to the pupils and learning setting. Include the age or year group in the enquiry so the content can be planned correctly.

Can the visit be indoors?

Yes. Story readings, talks, questions and several practical demonstrations can be delivered indoors.

Are practical activities compulsory?

No. A visit can be a reading and talk only, or include a practical element where the venue and school requirements allow it.

How is pricing calculated?

Quotes depend on location, duration, group size, format, travel and equipment requirements. Provide those details for an accurate proposal.
